Democracy Lab, utilizing its own capacities, built and launched an online platform to monitor and keep politicians accountable during the local election campaign. We targeted three municipalities to provide comprehensive information about candidates’ personal, professional and campaign promises. The goal of the project was to 1) help citizens make informed decisions in the upcoming 2017 local elections in Macedonia and 2) monitor future local governments on fulfilling their campaign promises.
